For over 30 years, Paul has been involved in the fresh produce and wholesaling industry. This saw him become the Chair of the Market Industries Committee and serve as the Australian representative on the Produce Marketing Association’s International Council Board.
Today, Paul and Stephen work to ensure quality service and produce are at the core of the Morco Fresh experience.

Peter, a member of the Executive Team, is responsible for directing our organisation's ongoing operations. Driving performance, productivity and profitability through the implementation of strategic infinitives. Peter was the project lead for implementation of Pronto ERP at MorCo. With 17 years of experience in the fresh produce industry, Peter managing key customers for the Family business in the wholesale division. As well as part taking in the ERP implementation at Moraitis PTY LTD.
In 2009, straight out of high school, Nicholas began his career in the fresh produce industry. From packing orders to nurturing customer and grower relationships, Nicholas has been central to Morco Fresh’s success.
Anthony officially joined Morco Fresh in 2013. With a hands-on approach to fresh produce, Anthony’s passion and understanding for the industry developed from a young age. Today, when he is not pursuing his professional NRL career, he continues to build his skills within the Morco Fresh Wholesale division as a Category Manager, always giving 110 per cent.
Mark plays an instrumental role elevating the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of Finance and Financial Reporting. Previously Mark was an external auditor with Deloitte & Touché and has also worked with the Audit Office of NSW. Mark is an Australian CPA and holds a master’s degree in strategic operations management.
As a trained chef, Anthony has an intimate knowledge of commercial kitchens and what chefs need from a food services supplier.
After starting his own wholesaling business in 2006, Anthony has joined the Morco Fresh team and is central to delivering the attention to detail and personalised service our customers have come to expect.
Before he even finished school, Todd was a regular at the Brisbane Markets, packing market orders and getting to know the industry.
After graduating with a business degree in 2000, Todd gained crucial experience in the industry in Melbourne, holding positions including as Director of the Melbourne Market Credit Service.
During this period Todd honed his skills in operational problem solving, which is invaluable to his work at Morco Fresh today.
Tim began his fresh produce career in 2011, learning the fundamentals of managing and operating a large scale fresh produce business, supplying the retail sector. Tim joined Morco Fresh Qld in 2014 as the first ever Operations Manager. In 2017, he was appointed as General Manager Queensland. Tim is a problem-solver and a valued member of the MorCo Fresh team.
Robert entered the Perth produce arena in 1982 straight out of school and 35 years later, he is Morco Fresh’s WA General Manager.
Beginning his career as an order picker, Robert has worked directly with growers and in a national supermarket chain, and has diverse and extensive experience in the food industry.
